A Sample English Version of a Residential Lease Agreement

This Residential Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this [Date] by and between the Lessor, [Lessor's Name], and the Lessee, [Lessee's Name], collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Property Description

The Lessor agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee agrees to rent from the Lessor, the property located at [Property Address], including any fixtures, appliances, and furnishings listed in the attached inventory.

2. Lease Term

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period of [Lease Term], commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. The Lessee shall have the option to renew the lease for an additional term as mutually agreed upon by both Parties.

3. Rent Payment
