　　时间如梭，二零零九年即将离我们而去。回首开学的各方面工作，似乎总是忙忙碌碌，防甲流，迎接城乡综合治理突袭检查，立秋后的避酷热放假，迎国庆中秋双节日等等，剩余的教育教学时间寥寥无几，因此导致中期检测效果可想而知。后期，除了继续抓好防甲流等学生安全工作外，基本上没有大的放假时间，那里就教学工作做适当的调整，并制定如下的行动计划，一是对学生负责，再是为即将逝去的20xx年里自己的教育教学工作画上一个圆满的句号。

　　首先分析一下本人任教的八年级两个班的学生状况：

　　本期开学伊始，本人接替八年级一班的英语教学工作，经过与其班主任协商，决定将本人所带班主任的班与之一齐进行适当的调整，调整的依据是两班学生上期末的考试成绩和日常的行为习惯表现。至今，透过几个月的教学观察，两个班学生在英语学习方面存在很大的问题：一是学生对英语学习严重缺乏兴趣、主动性和用心性；二是严重缺乏正确的英语学习方法；三是由前导致的两个班整体英语学习氛围不浓厚。

　　针对以上的状况，本人在后期的英语教学中决定从如下几方面入手，力争透过如下的方式循序渐进的来改变学生学习英语的现状，并逐步使其在英语学习方面取得进步：

　　首要的是精心设计课堂教学资料，以调动学生学习英语兴趣为主要目的。针对我们学生的基础，务必将课本后期六个单元的资料进行简约化设计，不能想象将课本所涉及的一切都教给学生。那么如何简约化呢我想首先是给学生呈现学习目标，围绕学习目标点对点的展开教学；二是根据学生的基础适可而止的进行延展，不能搞跨越式传授知识；三是借助于网络，搜集网络上适合学生口味的有关教学单元资料并借鉴过来。

　　第二，加强学生英语课堂学习行为习惯的调控。两个班的学生，课堂上都懒于动口动手，尤其是动口，正如我和学生开玩笑：大概是因为冬季来临，枯水季节，电力不足，要么是录音带受潮，他们嘴里放出来的声音极不流畅。在后期的教学中，学生该动口的，务必动口，与同学间课堂资料的口语交流，课本语篇的背诵，包括利用早读课；该动手的，要求学生务必做笔记，记录下那些重难点和关键，督促学生课本上不能干干净净，至于作业、练习，就更不用说了。
