My name is Emily and I am from China. I am here today to introduce myself and share a little bit about my background and interests.
I am currently a third-year student at Beijing Foreign Studies University, majoring in English Language and Literature. I love the way English sounds and the different expressions and idioms that can be used to convey different meanings.
Aside from my academic pursuits, I have also been actively involved in various extracurricular activities. I am a member of the university's English Club, where we organize events and activities to improve our English speaking and listening skills. I have also participated in several public speaking competitions and have won awards for my ability to articulate my thoughts effectively in English.
In addition to my interest in languages, I am also passionate about traveling and exploring different cultures.
