乘车沿风景区东面的公路，经艾弧坪直下约7公里就可到达天堂湖大坝所在地大地坳乡。登上坝堤，最醒目的自然是那微风轻掠、波光粼粼的水面，水面上碧水涟漪、游船飞渡，画舫徐行，鸟儿凌扑，水下鱼虾嬉戏，龟鳖漫游……处处给人一种生意盎然之感。
